Guest Experience & Operations
  • Conduct general receptionist duties, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all guests.
  • Identify, evaluate, and resolve guest complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with guests to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Ensure the reception area, associated equipment, and workspaces are clean, organized, and well‑maintained at all times.
  • Maintain knowledge of all spa treatments, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
