  • Oversee the daily operations of the spa and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain the highest standards of luxury service, cleanliness, and professionalism.
  • Ensure all spa policies, procedures, and service standards are consistently followed.
  • Manage and supervise the spa team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate spa employees.
  • Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and corrective action when required.
  • Maintain current knowledge of all spa services, treatments, pricing, promotions, and retail products.
  • Assist with monthly inventory, product ordering, and stock control.
  • Monitor product usage to minimize waste and control operational costs.
