**Description:**
+ Manage daily retail operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and merchandising.
+ Train and supervise retail staff to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
+ Develop and implement sales strategies to increase retail revenue and achieve sales targets.
+ Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize profitability.
+ Build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure product availability and quality.
+ Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock levels to minimize losses and ensure product availability.
+ Assist in marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.
