We are so proud to announce we are currently recruiting for a goals oriented and dynamic Spa Operations Manager at the Spa at Ashford Castle, Irelands Only Forbes 5 star resort property. The successful candidate will have responsibilityfor supporting the Director of Spa and Wellness in the Operational running of the Spa & Salon experience, with attention to the service andproduct inventory at The Spa at Ashford Castle.

The role is operations focused with theaccountability of running the spa day to day. This will encompass:

  • Ensuring the exceptional guest service delivery of a ‘Forbes 5 star hotel’.
  • Managing our people and performance to a 5 star standard.
  • Focus on team development and training.
  • Managing sales, budgets and marketing strategies
