You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, achieving financial and operational objectives, and leading the spa team in accordance with Accor brand standards. You will drive service excellence, maximize revenue opportunities, maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and wellness, and foster a positive, collaborative team culture while ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Spa Manager or similar leadership role within hospitality or wellness.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of spa operations, guest service excellence, and financial management.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and developing high-performing teams.
