The Opportunity

We are looking for a Therapist Manager to lead the Therapists, Supervisors & Links team at AIRE Barcelona. This role is critical for ensuring service excellence, operational consistency, and team development in one of our most dynamic centers. You will manage a large operational workforce (60–80 indirect reports, 1–3 direct reports), act as the guardian of AIRE’s protocols and guest experience, and partner closely with Operations, Talent, and Experience teams to elevate performance.

Key Responsibilities Operations & Service
  • Ensure AM/PM coverage and smooth daily operations in Therapies & Bath Area.
  • Maintain protocols, standards, and environment in line with AIRE’s stylebook.
  • Oversee daily briefings, cross-department communication (VIPs, maintenance, groups).
  • Quickly resolve issues that may impact guest experience.
  • Implement new protocols, experiences, and operational processes.
