As a Spa Host at Aqua Sana Forest Spa, you'll ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, relaxing experience with your warm welcome and commitment to exceptional service.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome and respond to guest queries efficiently
  • Support the smooth operation of the spa, working collaboratively with the wider team
  • Maintain high standards across spa areas, reporting issues when required
  • Lead complimentary wellness sessions and manage bookings using the spa system
