POSITION SUMMARY :

•   The Spa Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Spa reservations, check-in, and check-out experience to ensure the highest levels of service and standards for our Membership.


• The Spa Coordinator is responsible for helping ensure a memorable experience in the Spa.
• This includes greeting Members & guests as they enter the facilities, orientating guests to the spa facilities, and providing personal Member services.
• This position helps ensure that therapist schedules are maintained, appointments are scheduled appropriately, emails and calls are returned timely, and members are billed accurately.
• The Spa Coordinator oversees the Spa retail outlet, charging members for purchases, replenishing inventory, and assisting with inventory control.
