JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for managing and supervising all areas of the Department, including Spa, Fitness Center, Recreation, Pool, Beach Operations and related guest experiences. Coordinates the delivery of recreational activities, fitness programming, spa and salon treatments, group wellness experiences, and leisure activities. Directs and works with managers and associates to successfully execute all wellness operations while maximizing guest satisfaction, employee engagement, operational excellence, and financial performance.

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

Education and Experience

  • 2-year degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Recreation Management, Physical Education, Health Education, Wellness Management, or related major with 5 years of progressive experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 3 years of progressive management experience.
