About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef – Western to join our culinary team in Hargeisa, Somaliland. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Western cuisine, excellent kitchen management skills, and experience working in upscale hotels. The role requires maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency while supporting the Executive Chef in the day-to-day management of the kitchen.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in managing the daily operations of the Western Kitchen.
  • Prepare and present high-quality Western cuisine in line with brand standards.
