El Barco is seeking a strong, hands-on Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen through a high-volume, fast-paced season on Martha’s Vineyard. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives on organization, standards, and team development.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Lead and motivate the line during service
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards
  • Manage prep, ordering, inventory, and food cost controls
  • Train and mentor line cooks
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance

What We’re Looking For:
