- Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all Thai dishes across the resort, ensuring consistency, quality, and authenticity.
- Supervise and support kitchen members in the Thai section, including training, mentoring, and providing guidance on Thai cuisine techniques and standards.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to develop new Thai menu items and seasonal specials.
- Ensure that all Thai dishes are prepared according to HACCP standards, focusing on food safety and hygiene at all times.
- Manage and maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation for all Thai dishes, including those served in banquet settings.
- Assist in the management of food inventory and ordering of ingredients for the Thai kitchen section.
