You will lead the kitchen and food operations by delivering high quality food service, leadership of the broader kitchen team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Obsessed with customer needs 
• Menu development, innovation and delivery, weekly
• Stock management and delivery 
• Food preparation, delivery and kitchen operating rhythm, including impeccable platting standards and consistency
