Right now, The Mallard is undergoing an extensive transformation, with a full refurbishment bringing new life to this beautiful pub. As we get ready to reopen this Autumn, this is your chance to come onboard from the very beginning and help shape something truly special.

Your Bread and Butter  



  • Basic up to £35,000 per year, plus tronc (that’s your card tips that are paid into your bank). 

  • Bonus up to £1,500 per year OTE

  • Paid overtime.
