  • What you’ll be doing

  • Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen

  • Lead the team during service and in the Head Chef’s absence

  • Prepare fresh dishes using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients

  • Assist with menu development and daily specials

  • Help manage stock, food costs, and minimise waste

  • Maintain excellent Food Safety and HACCP standards
  • What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous ready to step up

  • Fresh food background with good all-round cooking skills
