• Lead and train kitchen staff with Owner Chef Gene Cormier
• Ensure consistent preparation of high quality meals
• Manage shift tasks while maintaining health protocols
• Assume leadership during the owner’s absence
• Organize production schedules and manage inventory levels
Requirements:
• Requires 2 years of culinary experience
• Preferred 1 year experience as a Sous Chef
• Strong skills in team management and communication
• Flexible schedule and own transportation necessary...
