Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to standards
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff

  • Assist with inventory control and ordering
  • Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
  • Step in to lead the kitchen in the Executive Chefs absence

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory kitchen role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Culinary degree preferred (not required)
