Role Description

This is a full-time Sous Chef role for Continental cuisines at The Coffee Cartel in Jaipur. The Sous Chef will be responsible for daily food preparation, menu planning, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food quality and consistency, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in continental cuisines including Italian, Mexican & Lebanese.
  • Experience in supervising kitchen staff and maintaining food quality
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Formal culinary education or certification is a plus
