Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the smooth operation of the kitchen
  • Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team, fostering a professional and collaborative working environment
  • Taking care of the organization of the kitchen (cooking utensils, etc.)
  • Supervising all staff actions during work
  • Maintain strong coordination with F&B and Guest Experience teams to ensure seamless service delivery
