Sous Chef | Luxury Safari Lodge | Klaserie Private Nature Reserve, Greater Kruger Kendrick Recruitment is searching for a skilled and reliable Sous Chef for a well-regarded luxury safari lodge set alongside a beautiful dam in the southern Klaserie Private Nature Reserve, just 30 minutes from Hoedspruit, forming part of the Greater Kruger ecosystem. Known for its imaginative, ever-changing dining experiences across multiple settings, including bush breakfasts, deck lunches, boma dinners and private in-suite dining, this property takes food seriously. We need a Sous Chef who does too. Minimum Requirements Formal culinary qualification from a recognised institution Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a luxury lodge environment Strong all-round kitchen skills across all meal services and dining formats Experience with private dining, bush dining and special event catering Solid understanding of food costing, stock control and kitchen administration F...
