Job Description

  • Working in MNC factory halal canteen kitchen
  • Report to area manager or director.
  • 7am to 5pm, 6 days a week.
  • EPF/Sosco/Meal provided.
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in any field.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead kitchen in Bayan lepas
  • Able to manage the whole team, plan and design simple menu, lead event team to carry out even order
  • Kitchen 6s, lead kitchen, menu planning, event catering, roster planning
  • Able to attend client meeting
