Job Description
- Working in MNC factory halal canteen kitchen
- Report to area manager or director.
- 7am to 5pm, 6 days a week.
- EPF/Sosco/Meal provided.
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in any field.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Lead kitchen in Bayan lepas
- Able to manage the whole team, plan and design simple menu, lead event team to carry out even order
- Kitchen 6s, lead kitchen, menu planning, event catering, roster planning
- Able to attend client meeting
