The Arts Club Dubai - F&B Culinary is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in managing the kitchen efficiently, ensuring high standards of quality and member satisfaction. Responsibilities include creating seasonal menus, coordinating food purchases, and training kitchen staff.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury hotels or fine dining, alongside an internationally recognized certification. A strong understanding of fine dining cuisine and excellent English skills are essential.
