We are seeking a Sous Chef with a fine dining background to support our Executive Chef within an exceptional kitchen serving an exclusive clientele. You are a passionate professional, attentive to product, flavor, and detail, with strong execution and organizational skills.

Menus are creative and renewed monthly, showcasing high-quality, seasonal, and carefully selected ingredients. You will play a key role in executing the culinary vision while contributing to the supervision and development of the brigade.

Reporting to the Executive Chef and the National Culinary Director, you will actively contribute to upholding the establishment’s standards of excellence.
