Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Sous Chef to join a busy kitchen in Golders Green, working to the highest Jewish (kosher) standards. This is a demanding role for a strong, self-sufficient chef who can work independently and maintain exceptional standards at all times. You will be central to the day-to-day running of the kitchen, while also managing hospitality functions and special requests. The ideal candidate will have proven Sous Chef experience and be ready to hit the ground running. Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation and consistency. Follow recipe cards accurately and consistently so that every dish meets specification. Prepare and manage hospitality functions and special requests alongside regular service.
