Job Title: Sous Chef

Location: Baywatch Resort, Sernabatim, South Goa

Department: F&B Production

Reports To: Executive Chef / Head Chef

Employment Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the kitchen staff, ensuring quality, consistency, and timeliness of meals.
  • Train and mentor kitchen team members to improve skills and maintain standards.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in accordance with food safety standards.
