Job Description: Continental Cuisine Sous Chef

Role Overview:
Responsible for preparing, producing, and presenting Continental cuisine dishes in line with Fasta Pizza PVT LTD, ensuring high culinary quality, cost efficiency, and hygiene. The role requires operating within defined budgets and adhering strictly to company policies and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, cook, and present Continental dishes to the company's standards, with strong focus on authenticity, presentation, hygiene, and cost control.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
  • Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment; avoid leaving equipment in hazardous conditions.
  • Maintain personal grooming and hygiene and ensure the same for all staff under supervision.
