Sous Chef – Alcove
Full-time position.
Oversees daily kitchen operations with a focus on AM and Swing service periods. Directly collaborates with cooks, prep team, and dishwashing staff to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in operating a cost‑effective kitchen.
- Ensure food quality standards and speed of service requirements are met or exceeded.
- Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and prep workers, to uphold cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with service staff for seamless AM and Swing period operations.
