Sous Chef (High volume)

Location: East London
Salary: up to £45,000 plus Tronc (on average £300 per month)
Hours: Full-Time, 45 Hours Per Week
We are looking for an experienced Sous chef to lead the back-of-house operation at our high-volume independent venue.
As a sous chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, manage a team of approximately 7 BOH staff, with two Kitchen Assistant & 1 KP and ensure the highest standards of food quality, food safety, and operational efficiency. You will also support corporate catering and private hire events, delivering exceptional service and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the kitchen team.
Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Maintain food safety and hygiene compliance.
