Job Description
REQUIREMENT:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Chef within a hospitality environment
- Proven experience with both plated service and buffet catering
- Strong food preparation, presentation, and menu planning skills
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety standards
- Ability to manage stock, food costs, and kitchen organisation
- Passionate, reliable, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Prepare and present high-quality meals for the volunteer programme
- Plan and prepare both plated meals and buffet services
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen
