Qualifications & experience

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • 3+ years' experience in a high end restaurant, catering business or 5 star hotel.
  • Drivers license (preferred but not mandatory). 
  • Driven to perform at the highest level.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Time management, communication & planning skills.
