Who would you be working for?

TekPro is a U.S.-based recruiting firm focused on manufacturing - aerospace, medical device, CNC machining, automation, and AEC (architecture, engineering, construction).

The team runs lean, values performance, and gives people autonomy. This role is part of building out their offshore sourcing engine. You will not be negotiating offers or running a full desk. The focus is generating strong, warmed‑up candidates and getting them on recruiters’ calendars.
