A military defense company that develops high-power directed energy laser systems is looking to hire a Sourcer to support hiring efforts across its technical, engineering, functional, and product teams. On a day-to-day basis, this person will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and qualify top talent for both current and future hiring needs. They will leverage tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels to build candidate pipelines for highly specialized aerospace, defense, and technical positions.
