At Konecta, we're looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our Recruitment Team.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in talent sourcing or recruitment (preferably within high volume recruitment)

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other recruitment channels

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proactive, organised and results driven mindset

Ability to identify and engage passive candidates

Fluent English (mandatory)

Additional languages are a strong advantage
