Sourcing Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to strengthen our Sourcing and Procurement team, scale our supplier base, support new product development, and ensure supply continuity in a rapidly growing high-tech environment. You will work at the intersection of engineering, suppliers, and production, contributing to technically advanced solutions. This role combines technical understanding with commercial thinking in a collaborative environment.

Main responsibilities

• Lead sourcing for key categories such as cryogenic wiring, RF/microwave cabling, connectors, and PCBA, ensuring reliable and scalable supply.
• Partner with R&D to bring supply chain expertise into early product development and drive sourcing from prototypes through production ramp-up.
• Build and develop a strong supplier base, improve cost and total cost of ownership (TCO), and monitor supplier performance across cost, quality, and delivery.
