Sourcing & Product Developer (León)

Overview

Gymreapers is building a world‑class product engine—and we're hiring a Sourcing & Product Developer with deep sourcing expertise to help us scale.

This role sits at the intersection of product creation, materials innovation, and vendor development, with a strong emphasis on domestic Mexico sourcing and international manufacturing partnerships.

You will play a critical role in identifying, developing, and managing factories, mills, and material suppliers while ensuring our products meet performance, cost, and quality standards.

This is not just a design role—this is a build‑the‑supply‑chain + build‑the‑product role.

What You'll Do

Sourcing & Vendor Development

Identify, onboard, and develop domestic (Mexico) and international suppliers across:

• Textiles (performance fabrics, knits, woven)
• Synthetics (nylon, polyester, TPU, rubber, plastics)
• Hardware (buckles, velcro, trims, metal component...
