Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing & Procurement Executive to support product sourcing, supplier coordination, order management, and shipment arrangements. This role acts as a key liaison between suppliers, factories, operations teams, and customers to ensure smooth supply chain operations and timely delivery of products.
Job Responsibilities
Source and develop new products, including quotation preparation and sample coordination.
Liaise with suppliers, factories, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Manage and monitor purchase orders, shipment schedules, and overall order progress.
Coordinate closely with operations and logistics teams regarding shipment arrangements and delivery updates.
