Sourcing / Procurement Executive

Job Description:

• Review all data in the entire BOM & responsible to source materials / components per MPN, Manufacturer, Description & Drawings.
• Prepare quote package & monitor RFQ through process & documenting all concerns, discrepancies & issues for new/bidding project related.
• Manage all suppliers in a manner consistent with the highest professional , ethical, moral & legal standards.
• To plan, source & develop new potential suppliers at the competitive price, quality & lead time.
• Managing & coordinating supplier selection and qualification & conducting Supplier Audit Program (SAP) together Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE).
• Manage supplier performance, consolidate & maintain all suppliers performance & indicators. Prepare Supplier Quarterly Performance Assessment (SQPA) report.
• Preparing purchase orders, expedite orders and delivery.
