About the Role

The Sourcing Manager for Patient Support Programs is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for U.S.-based patient support services within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role partners closely with Patient Services, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Vendor Management to ensure patient programs are supported by compliant, cost‑effective, scalable, and high‑performing external suppliers.

The role manages end‑to‑end sourcing activities across patient support categories such as hub services, affordability and copay programs, adherence services, clinical and educational services, and other non‑promotional patient engagement solutions.
