Your Job: As a Sourcing Manager – Mechanical Components, you will lead the sourcing strategy, supplier negotiation, and supplier development for key mechanical commodities, ensuring a competitive supply base that supports quality, cost, delivery, and innovation objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will combine strong supplier-facing influence with a data-driven approach to deliver measurable results across the business.

Team

You will be part of the Strategic Sourcing / Supply Chain organization, partnering closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Program teams. You will lead a team of Sourcing Specialists (Sourcers) and work directly with suppliers to strengthen capability and performance.
