Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for sourcing projects within the IM category
• Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with the IM Category Manager and other key stakeholders
• Plan and lead sourcing cases, including RFIs and RFPs
• Coordinate commercial, technical, risk, and compliance evaluations
• Develop sourcing practices, templates, and capabilities
• Support Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities

Requirements

• Experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management
• Experience with and understanding of IT projects, services, or solutions and their sourcing
• Good collaboration, influencing, and negotiation skills
• A practical, can‑do approach and the ability to prioritise and drive sourcing cases forward
