Job Overview

The Sourcing Lead will have responsibility to enhance Sourcing and Supply chain flexibility and complexity, building and executing category strategy and selecting suppliers who meet those criteria. The role carries overall responsibility


for evaluating suppliers and negotiating price, quality, specification, and scope of services based on a category sourcing strategy. This highly cross functional role will proactively partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, NPD, Purchasing teams and Suppliers to play a key role in process improvement and value creation.

A Day In The Life

  • Partner with Supply Chain to ensure continuity of supply.

  • Lead dual-/multi-sourcing strategies to strengthen supply resilience, mitigate risk, tariffs, and drive savings.

  • Implement lead time reduction strategies, including levers (Blanket POs, VMI, forecasting).
