Sourcing Executive

The sourcing executive, to source high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for our organization and assist organization in creating strong relationships with suppliers and maintaining the existing ones.

Sourcing executive will actively analyze and review project costing, sourcing goods, materials, and service at competitive prices, quality then advising upper-level staff members on which supplier to contract with.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Involve in the end-to-end sourcing and suppliers contract management process.
• Handle substantial cost savings projects and cost reduction for the organization.
• Solicit, analyze, and compare bids through Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quotation (RFQ) from existing suppliers and new potential suppliers.
