Sourcing Engineer

Build and maintain good working relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth communication and long-term collaboration.

Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, production progress, shipment arrangements, and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) to ensure on‑time delivery.

Prepare, issue, and manage Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with approved specifications, pricing, and company procurement procedures.

Source and purchase mechanical and electrical components based on technical requirements, quality standards, cost, and delivery timelines.

Assist in identifying and developing new suppliers through market research and supplier evaluation.

Work closely with engineering, planning, and production teams to understand material requirements, drawings, and technical specifications prior to purchasing.

Monitor supplier performance in terms of delivery, quality, and responsiveness, and escape issues when necessary.
