Role & responsibilities

  • Handle new product development parts for different commodities: Casting, sheet-metals parts, Gears, Rubber & plastic commodity parts
  • Check & verify design data from design engineer
  • Identify proto route manufacturing process
  • Part manufacturing process knowledge
  • Handle individually supplier troubleshooting problems
  • Follow up with different vendors for continuous supply
  • Prepare process sheet & process parameters for proto parts
