Sourcing Engineer- Electronics

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electronic Component Sourcing & Procurement

• Identify, evaluate, and source electronic components such as PCBs, semiconductors, connectors, sensors, wiring assemblies, and related materials.

• Ensure all sourced components meet technical drawings, BOM specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer quality expectations.

• Work closely with design, R&D, and manufacturing teams during new product development (NPD) stage for component localization and cost feasibility.

2. Supplier Development & Management

• Identify new suppliers through market research, benchmarking, and industry networking.

• Conduct supplier technical capability assessments, audits, and qualification processes.
