Job Description
Able to review, estimate and justify on mechanical part unit pricing. Provides competitive quotations to customers by utilizing cost model and market pricing knowledge for the preparation of costed BOM for projects. Coordinates bid strategy with sales team and interprets customer requirements to offer solutions that maximize profitability and add value for the customer. Ensures consistent, competitive and profitable pricing. Communicates and practices pricing strategies in support of ongoing sales efforts.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Parts sourcing for New Bidding Project and Sustaining Projects on all Mechanical Parts.
- Review, compare and verify the quotations from suppliers to achieve a most competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with SDE (IPO) to identify competent suppliers whom can provide competitive material pricing and meeting expected service level.
