Sourcing Coordinator

As a Sourcing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging top talent across multiple functions, with a strong focus on technical roles. You'll support the recruitment team by managing sourcing strategies, coordinating candidate pipelines, and maintaining internal tracking systems to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source qualified candidates using databases, networking, social media, and other online platforms
• Manage and update applicant tracking systems and internal tools with accuracy
• Engage and inform candidates about job opportunities, application status, and selection outcomes
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor sourcing strategies
• Build talent pipelines for various functions, primarily technical roles, with additional exposure to Sales, Finance, Risk & Compliance, and HR
