Sourcing business analytics manager

Key Responsibilities:
Lead 1-2 of BA professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to drive high performance
Understand in detail the business process flow and correlations of data that corporate onto sourcing analytics.
Engage with different teams, review business needs and drive business process improvement with current data for whole sourcing organization
Challenge status quo, proactive review regular tasks and continue improvements via automation and optimization.
Be creative in designing and implementing visualization.

Leads the team to find solutions and alternatives and work as part of the team.
Drive, propose and ensure effective communication chains between suppliers and sourcing operations through automation and analytics
