Sourcing Business Analytics Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 1-2 of BA professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to drive high performance
• Understand in detail the business process flow and correlations of data that corporate onto sourcing analytics.
• Engage with different teams, review business needs and drive business process improvement with current data for whole sourcing organization
• Challenge status quo, proactive review regular tasks and continue improvements via automation and optimization.
• Be creative in designing and implementing visualization.
• Collaboration with BA locates in HK
• Leads the team to find solutions and alternatives and work as part of the team.
