KTC Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing Associate to support procurement and supply chain activities across our operational support service lines. This role is critical in identifying, evaluating, and coordinating suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant sourcing of goods and services required for mission-critical projects.
The Sourcing Associate will work closely with Operations, HR, HSE, and Finance teams to support project mobilization, ongoing contract requirements, and vendor management activities.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for equipment, materials, manpower services, and operational requirements.
- Conduct supplier accreditation and due diligence processes.
- Maintain and update an approved supplier database.
